Our student development programme is delivered in partnership with the Maxer Education Institute, who have been organising research training programmes since 2012 that have benefitted over 12, 800 students across the world.
Since 2021 Maxer Education Institute has delivered an A-Level Student Development Programme which has successfully supported students in their applications to Cambridge, Oxford and other key UK and overseas universities and we have worked with them to customise this specifically for St Andrew’s College students.
The Programme offers students the opportunities, resources and guidance to enhance the ability to showcase their academic potential. It is well-designed to support high-achieving students to reach their goals and prepare for their future academic endeavours in top universities. This is achieved through work with academics from Cambridge University during which our students complete a group research task in their chosen field.
By taking part our students will gain a competitive advantage when applying to the most prestigious universities and we are delighted to be able to offer it as part of our comprehensive application support process.
